We guarantee that our ultra deep engraving will remain readable for the life of the cat or dog tag and is free from manufacturing defects - will not rust, corrode or break. This guarantee does NOT cover any lost pet ID tags, surface scratching due to normal wear and tear, or misuse.
Pet accessories including cat and dog collars, leashes, leads, harnesses etc are all covered by a 1-Year Manufacturers Warranty against defects only and not for any misuse, wear and tear and abuse.

All products are thoroughly quality inspected before despatch. If you receive a product that is damaged please send us a photo of the damaged goods.
After we confirm the damage and we will either send you a replacement item or give you a refund.
Our 1-Year and Lifetime Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or abuse through misuse of our products. Any claims after 60 days may be considered normal wear and tear and may not be due to a manufacturing fault.
