We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and give a 60-day returns policy. This applies from the date of your purchase and gives you the peace of mind knowing you can return your order for replacement or refund whatever the reason, such as wrong size, colour etc.
All we ask is that your returned products are unused, not soiled or damaged and have appropriate labels attached, suitable for us to re-sell the product. We CANNOT accept returns on personalised products such as dog tags or cat tags - as they cannot be re-sold so PLEASE make sure and double check the details you give us to engrave on your pet name ID tag.

We DO NOT accept returns on personalised or custom products such as dog name tags or cat name tags - as they cannot be re-sold.
To start a return - please email us with your invoice number and reason for return to: support@aboutpets.com.au
We will then send you an email with a return authorization number (RMA) and a returns address to send the item back to us.
Once we receive your goods, we will ship you either a replacement order, or give you a refund. Postage charges are not refunded.
If you receive a product that is damaged please send us a photo of the damaged goods.
If the product needs to be returned to us we can confirm the damage and either give you a replacement item or a refund.
The refunds and cancellations terms given above are what we believe to be fair and reasonable. These terms do not affect your statutory rights to a refund within a 14 day cooling period.
