Shipping Information
We work really hard to engrave your pet name tag and have your order packed including pet accessories - ready for despatch within 24-hours Monday - Friday.
Australia Post parcel tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order is despatched from our Gold Coast warehouse in QLD Australia.
This applies to Australian and International orders. You can then track the delivery of your order directly to your home.
For Australian customers - Australia Post can also ship to your street address, Post Box or to a 24/7 Parcel Post Locker all around Australia.
If you find a parcel has been damaged in-transit, please reject the parcel from the courier, or If the damaged parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us immediately at: support@aboutpets.com.au
If you have a change in your delivery address, we can change your address at any time BEFORE the order has been packed ready for despatch.
All international orders are shipped through Australia Post by air freight. Depending on the country, you may be charged for customs duties which is payable by you.
