If you have received an incorrectly engraved pet name tag, please email us immediately. If the issue was our fault we will replace your tag with a fast replacement at no charge.
If the information given to us was incorrect we will replace your pet name tag at 50% off the original price you paid.
If a product goes out of stock it is automatically switched off on our website so that it cannot be ordered.
